automatic functions with continuous flow of required raw
materials and ready bricks would run from 30 feet rail automatically and
the labors will lift green bricks at stacking yard by brick
shifting trolley and that resulting into no breakage of green
bricks.

delivery to avoid unnecessary delay in production schedules.

Process PANMIXER is made
from Sturdy Steel with 2 nos. of Rollers and 2 nos. of Arms
for the accurate mixing of raw material. It also supports
flow of ready mix and Brick Press timely or without Break.
The ready mix wet material collected in overhead Storage bin
fitted on Brick Press. Gradually material fall down in
feeder box and with Hydraulic Pressure Green Bricks with
sharp Angle comes out 6 /9/14/16 Bricks a stroke on
Waterproof wooden pallet.
Power Pack is specially designed by applying Germen
brand Uken valves and Rethrox - with Oil cooling Pump which
helps machine working even in hottest weather without break
down. Complete Mechanism / machine parts are functioning
through PLC only.
BUILDWELL provides 20’ Green Bricks conveying Rail to
avoid any breakage in Green Bricks while shifting to
stacking yard. We have the modern and Well Equipped
workshop/Manufacturing unit, with well trained Engineers and
Mechanical Team.
